• 12 tablespoons flour
• 1 tin condensed milk
• 1 bottle Cola
• 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 100 gm butter
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essences

Cola Cake Preparation:

Use a double boiler and melt the butter. Then add all the above ingredients except cola, and beat it nicely for two minutes. Add the Cola, mix it well and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.

• Vanilla ice cream block - 600 ml
• Pineapple, chopped - 4 rings
• Chopped Bananas (add lime juice on it)-2
• Orange segments, peeled - 2 cups
• Fresh grapes - 1 cup
• Orange/lemon/lychee squash (concentrate)- ½ cup
• Walnuts, chopped - ½ cup
• Glace cherry - 8-10

Fruit Ice Cream Preparation:

Take tall glasses (sundae) and place one large scoop of ice cream in each glass. Top it with a mixture of all the fruits. Pour a little squash in each glass over the fruit. Repeat the same process of adding ice cream, fruit and squash (a different colour this time). Sprinkle with a few nuts. Place a red cherry over it and serve immediately. Serves 6-8
