How It all began:

The Zalatimo Brothers for sweets story began in Jerusalem where our GreatGrandfather Mohammad Zalatimo opened the first “Zalatimo Shop” back in 1860. This landmark shop was famous for Muttabaq, a delicious type of sweet made from a special thin dough, hand tossed, and filled with white cheese. Locals from all over Palestine and tourists would come to enjoy this unique Zalatimo delight for breakfast.
This paved the way for an authentic brand to be born in Amman, Zalatimo Brothers for Sweets. Zalatimo Brothers for sweets became famous for its huge variety of both eastern and western sweets carrying with dedication the tradition of our ancestors.
