A traditional hand cradted sweet made from a layer of white cheese & a layer of knafeh dough. Its baked to a golden color and soaked with a special syrup.

- Type Of Knafa: Na'Ameh (Coarse Dough), Khashneh (String Like Dough), Mix ( Khashneh - Na'Ameh), Knafeh Bein Narain
